"Purchased around Christmas for a birthday present. Everything went fine until it didn't. We purchased this and the company asked to verify to be able to release the product so we did and thought it had been released on their end to send to my mother in law for her birthday. We never get anything indicating that it had not been released to send to her. We find out that the company did release the verification but daily steals never released it on their end so for 3 or 4 days they held on to our product and we has to fight to get it released after they claimed the company that verifies every purchase did not release it even after I had verified the purchase. Come to find out it was Daily Steals that had our money but wouldn't release the order on time. The present wasn't there for her birthday because of the situation that took place. Once she was able to receive it she has no issues with the actual product it was just being able to get it on time and someone that should have actually done their job and seen what was taking place after taking our money. "
