" made 2 orders that totaled 15+ items. Delivery was on time. Customer service answers the phone with np. My only issue is with a few of the products. A couple of the bags have very small scratches and marks, as from usage (including thoses not marked final sale). Also I only wear purses over the shoulder, one bag provided a shoulder strap like the details decribed, but the bag has absolutely no hooks inside or out. I was told I could return the bag, but I rly like it, so instead I now have to pay to get hooks installed. ...Besides 3 items everything is great."
