"I am pleased at the customer service DailyLook provided me. As a first-time customer you receive a discount, so I was going to apply it to the order and accidentally submitted my order instead. I immediately went to their customer service section of the website and sent them an inquiry about applying the discount to my order. It did take about 4-5 hours for them to respond, but they applied the discount, sent me a confirmation explaining what exactly was covered under the discount, and then sent a shipping confirmation not long after. I was afraid to have missed out on the new customer discount, but DailyLook was kind enough to give it to me. Thank you!"
"I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Dailylook.com... I rarely ever not see something eye catching that i want to run and purchase. I actually shop less in the malls because i have pretty good success shopping online. The looks that are sent to me every day are always sooo cute and trendy. Being a Dailylook shopper is like having my very own personal stylist who always knows what i like from clothing, shoes and accessories! The only negative thing i can say is a lot of items can be on the pricey side but obviously not enough to keep me away, lol.. I just love this sight!!"
"Terrible customer service. They are not helpful. It takes several times to get the point across. When it comes to return or providing free shipping, they will evade the issue and require the customer to make several contacts. Their shipping and return process takes about two months. Two months is unacceptable. When fixing an issue, they will consistently tell you "since you have been through so much trouble" as if the customer must be grateful for them doing their job. If they hadn't put the customer through trouble, the customer would not have wasted two months in ensuring that the money was returned. I did not trust this company to refund my money. Today I will be submitting a dispute with the credit card company."

I would love if all additional fees were included up front. If I know all the additional fees/etc. I would purchase more depending on what I could afford. The styles are awesome I always find something. However I feel like if you are going to order from online sources such as Dailylook.com items should be exclusive to the website. I don't want to spend $X amount of dollars to find someone else bought the same product at a local business.

"I ordered my item on Oct. 10th and received an email on the 15th stating my item was placed on hold and will be shipped by the 21st. I was hoping to receive the item earlier, just in case I needed to get the item altered. I e-mailed them back hoping they could expedite my order once the item is ready to ship (if the latest was the 21st). They e-mailed back and said no, but I am welcome to cancel my order. I was kind of upset because I felt unvalued as a first time customer. They should have given me more options than just canceling.. maybe just saying they will take care of the shipping if it takes longer than 7 days. Anyway, my item actually arrived on the 21st, which is exactly 7 days. I probably would have been more upset if it took longer. The crop top I received was very large. It was a size small and it felt like a medium, so I will have to get it altered. Also the item cost approximately $35, but the material was very poor. If the top is going to be expensive, the quality needs to be better. The material was the same as forever 21 or Tobi, and those stores sell their products for way cheaper. I will think twice about purchasing here again the next time. "

"I really like the variety and the style of DailyLook.
So far I purchased 3 bags a ring and two boots, but unfortunately I had to return on of the boots because it didn't fit well and there was a minor defect in it.
I like that it is easy to return what you didn't like.
Quality is not bad and prices are affordable.
I also like that they allow their customers to post photos of what they purchased from DailyLook on the website or Instagram which helps you getting an idea how a certain item looks like on other people and not just the model.
