"TERRIBLE!! Placed an order on July 2nd. Never received a confirmation number and began to think the company was sketchy. Not unlike the last reviewer, I contacted the company (SIX DAYS LATER) when my item had not arrived, only to receive an e-mail back stating that my order had been "canceled because the item was back ordered." How nice of them to let me know...
Now, how exactly is a refurbished item back ordered? Maybe they have a list of people who have this type of phone, and they just wait for the phone to die, then be refurbished, and subsequently resold on this rip off site? Ha! Don't waste your time or money!! A huge inconvenience--had to start my shopping for a new cordless phone all over, meanwhile we are using a corded phone--ugg! BY THE WAY--UPDATE--They are STILL selling the phone I bought (that is out of stock) and another comparable model that is supposedly out of stock as well. **"

The item purchased required the installation of the provided rechargeable batteries. Everything worked well except the batteries provided would not charge. This is not a uniques issue as I have experienced the same problem with other vendors' products.

It took a few minutes to tune the receiver and transmitted to get the quality sound I expected from a Sennheiser headset, but when I got the correct channel and volume the sound was pure!!

I ordered a Denon CD player and when I called to see when it would ship ,I was told it was not in stock.

I ordered a replacement different model and when it arrived ,it was DOA.

I now have to ship it to Denon for repairs ,as they have no replacements in stock.

I would not recommend ordering online as a great deal of their stock is not updated in a real time basis and not available."
