"Dance Store offers excellent quality swing shoes that are very reasonably priced. (there was not a rating for reasonable price for the quality!) I especially appreciate their quick service and ready responses to emails or calls. One item was out of stock and I was notified on Monday morning just 1 1/2 days after I ordered them. everything was handled professionally. the site is very easy to work with. Thank you so much."

"Everything is really easy in this site, just to find out about the designs and sizes was a little bit hard, because they did not have certain colours and sizes on some desingns, but i guess it is always like this- you can never have all the shoes all the time in stock. All in all, dance store is a good way to improve your dancing. Thumbs up"

"I was looking for the perfect swing shoe for my wedding. After looking at many websites, I really liked dancestore.com. The site was humorous, well designed, and allowed me to search by shoe size. It was easy to place an order, and after joining the mailing list, I even got a discount! The order arrived and the shoes were too big! Thankfully, they have a 90 day return policy. They shipped me smaller shoes so I could see if they fit better. When I got the smaller shoes, they had two small puncture holes in the leather. I'm not sure how this slipped through their QA process, but they did right by me with their customer service. I called the next morning, and they shipped out a new pair for free. They are also sending postage so I can return the shoes with the manufacturer's defect. Due to this, I haven't been able to wear my shoes yet, but I'm happy with the customer service I've received so far!"

"Received my oh so cute herringbone Mary Jane wedges two weeks after ordering - pretty good for standard mail from US to Australia. And with the current exchange rate fantastic prices.
Sadly, my daughter has claimed them as her own so I'll have to get some more...

"I am in the UK and ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding. They arrived really promptly, all great, but they were the wrong size. I sent them back immediately, and Royal Mail told me they arrived two weeks ago. I have heard nothing from DanceStore - which I would expect as I need to be told how to pay extra postage for the replacement shoes. I refuse to buy a new pair of shoes from them in case I never get a refund for the others. Now it's looking increasingly unlikely that I'll have my shoes by my wedding. I have tried to contact DanceStore on facebook, by email and on the phone and have got no answer - no one even picked up the phone. I'm so angry - appalling customer service and they don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my emails."

"I wanted to give an update on this item. I just spoke with Dancestore.com and learned they have been moving their offices and had several problems with shipments and their phones during July. They have refunded my money and have offered me a free pair of shoes for the trouble. Very nice, personal customer service!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 7/1/11, received an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged on 7/7/11. It's 7/22/11 and I haven't received my purchase. I've tried calling during listed hours to reach a live person with no luck, have left a message and cannot receive any word about this order. I don't like leaving negative online reviews without speaking with a company to resolve a problem, but I really have no other recourse. Very disappointing!
