"Over all Dancestore did well. Two small points however, that prevented me from giving 5 stars: 1) I entered a 10% discount coupon that didn't work at checkout, which may or may not have been the store's fault as I found the coupon online and 2) UPS had to request an address updat as they apparently did not have my correct address on the shipping label, again, which may or may not have been the store's fault. I love the shoes! And hope they break in soon... :p"

"I wear woman's size 11 1/2 B(medium) width. The length of the sneakers was true to size, however with the low sides on the sneakers, the shoes are not suitable for dancing. I did use the heel pads, however, my foot still slipped aound in the heel. I also, tried to add moleskin to the sides to make them narrower around my ankle but it didn't work. I did see the warning about not ordering these if one has a narrow foot or narrow heel, however since I don't have narrow feet or a narrow heel, I thought these would fit.
