"At the end of November I ordered swing dance shoes from DanceStore.com. They came quickly but felt snug. I called and asked them to send me the next size so I could be sure of the proper fit. I ended up keeping the larger size and returning the smaller. It has been 30 days since I returned the pair that didn't fit and I have still not received a refund. Their web page says that after 30 days the bank won't give allow them to give back cash so it must be merchandise credit. I've never heard of that before and am disappointed that I have not received a refund yet."
