"A two year ago my husband and I went to Daniel's in the Tucson mall to pick out a wedding set for me and at that time the customer service from the store was on point and we had a great experience. We just paid off the set a couple of months so my husband and decided to go go to the park place mall location and see if we could find another band to go with my set. At first it was going well they had a ring that matched and it looked amazing with my wedding rings. Once we started the checking out process that's when things started to change. They kept telling us that they couldn't tell us what the monthly bill would be and that we would have to call either the Tucson mall location or customer service. However when the gave us the agreement to sigh they had but a monthly amount and had my husband sign saying we would be pay X amount. So of course he signed it and we carried on with our day. About a week later we get a call from customer service saying when our first payment would be due and how much the payment would be and the pay was 50 dollars more then what we signed on the agreement. My husband asked them what had happen and why is our payment so much higher, the customer service representative was very rude and said that the agreement he signed is just an estimate and asked him if he really want to pay on the ring for the rest of his life. When he asked if there was a supervisor he could speak with she just started arguing with him and told him to bring his paper work into the store to have the payment adjusted, when my husband tried to explain that we live 80 miles from the store, she just stated that's the only way to fix it and hung up on him. He called back to try and get help and still got no where. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated especially being returning customers that have a good history with them. We will never go back into Daniel's after our experience."

"I took my 14 karat gold chain in to have that class prepared which they said they could do only that it took way longer than they first suggested after having it for almost 6 days there is no repair done and when I finally got to see my chain after I had to demand it back it was shorter and thinner .. I was told that it’s unfortunate that when I brought it in . Their employees did not measure or weigh it ! Like store policy requires for any repairs . The store at dos Lagos in Corona ripped me off ! Because they didn’t do their job. Im told that’s my fault ! Other jewelers could have done this repair right in front of me in less than an hour... i thought Daniels was going to do the repair ... after going down to pick it up the day it was supposed to be finished. I was told it wasn’t ready . Again showing up to get it ! I was given the run around again why it wasn’t ready . After 6 days I demanded it back but it wasn’t even at the store. And that it was at a different jewelers stor in chino.. and to come back in a few more days . Chloe the sales woman and the jeweler knew they didn’t record length or weight . Gave them the opportunity to rob me ! Shame on you Daniels ! Hopefully this helps others know how unprofessional this store/staff is ! Worst place for repairs period ! No other job would tolerate this kind of incompetence from it’s employees . Allowing this to happen . Beware they don’t do this to you !"

Covina Mall and i merely wanted to have my watch fixed, Well my watch is relatively old and i was confronted by a Sales-lady who was so cool!......she talked to me and was so kind and before i knew it i walked outta there with a Brand new watch!......which i love!......she went outta her way to please me and i appreciated that!......Thank you Nancy!"
"I visited the Turlock location on multiple occasions, the first time I purchased my girlfriend a necklace for Christmas and she absolutely loved it, when her birthday came around I went back in and got her the diamond earrings to match. I don’t remember the names of the staff members who helped me but they were extremely welcoming and made me feel like I was more than just another customer. In fact when I bought the necklace the gentleman that was helping me and I talked for about 45 minutes after the purchase was complete. Highly recommend this store, always a pleasure to do business with!"

"So about three weeks ago I spoke with Daniel via phone and explained that I wanted a custom monogram charm and from that conversation he gave me a price. Now for two weeks i have been sending emails making sure everything was okay and of course they assured me everything was going as scheduled. Now here is the moment of truth, on the day that it was due to be sent out he told me that i would need to pay double the price he quoted me. WTF? He said he had to make the
monogram thicker because it was bigger than they normally make. Why not tell me about this issue before and why would you not honor your prices? Probably because its a scam!"
"Do not shop at Daniel's Jewelers. 12 months ago I spent $387.00 on two rings for my daughter. They are both broken and the stone fell out of one of them and the prongs are still in place. The stone just fell out. I went back to the store and the Manager told me to upgrade (spend more money), on more expensive rings or make the band thicker (my cost also), and she would not give me a dime back on my $387.00 that I spent just 12 months ago. You can't get through to a supervisor at their corporate office to file a complaint, I've tried. I guess I'm just out $387.00 and the rings are not worth even $10.00. "
"I placed an order online and even paid extra to have it shipped in 2 days. I then find out that their "7-10 Days" means it takes that long before they even ship it. So my "2-Day" shipping means I will get it in 9 days. I will never shop at Daniel's again. I can't even comment on the quality since I haven't received it yet. Customer Service basically gave me the attitude that it isn't their problem anymore, they got my money. I would recommend anyone thinking of shopping at Daniel's to immediately turn around and go somewhere else."
