"Being a skeptic and concerned about fraud, I shopped around to find a company who would provide a mailing list that stood a chance of being accurate. I chose Data Axle USA because they had an excellent rating and bought a mailing list from them. Unfortunately, the list was not as good as I had hoped and I thought "o.k. I got ripped off. I spent several hundred dollars and got a bad list." Thinking there was nothing to be done but to write-off the cost, I received a follow-up phone call from one of their sales people, Josh Decoster. I told Josh I felt ripped-off, that I would never buy another mailing list from his company again because they had sold me a "bad list." Josh immediately offered me a refund or a credit (whichever I wanted) and apologized for my disappointment. I was shocked he made such a generous offer and told him I would definitely recommend Data Axle USA to my friends and other businesses because they stood behind their work. I was impressed with the company's integrity and Josh's professionalism. As a result, I have ordered several more lists from them and have been most happy.
