"It was kind of confused when I signed up. It kept taking me back to the input screen after I submitted the information. It didn't mention anything about the email activation process. I kept signing up again and again until I gave up. I then realized that I received email to activate my account after walked away from my PC and checked my email from my cellular. I should receive a pop up stating that an email has been sent to me, and I need to activate my account from the email."

"I could have made my purchase with a big box retailer but being a small business owner myself I decided to support the smaller business and this time I am very disappointed that I did.
I ordered 3 tablets as Christmas gifts, everything was going fine with the purchase and they were very helpful with my questions up until I received the shipment and one of the tablets was missing. This was obviously an error in their warehouse as the box was in perfect condition but would not have been large enough to hold all 3 of them. No big deal, I know mistakes happen. I called their customer service immediately and reported the missing item, there was no apology for the error, just a we will look into it and get back to you in 24 hours, send pictures of what you got to the manager. I sent the pictures right away as instructed. Once 24 hours had passed and I heard nothing I called back. I was given a our manager is working on it you just need to wait. I waited until the following morning and sent the manager another email just following up, stating these were Christmas gifts and I needed to know where we were at on getting a resolution and if I was going to have my gifts in time...again no response. So another 24 hours and I called again. The rep told me I needed to email the manager, I stated I had done that twice with no response and the rep said well that is the best way to contact him. I then requested to just return the items I had received for a full refund so I can buy them elsewhere and make sure they are here in time for Christmas, he refused to help me do that either.
The one star rating is not due to them making a mistake I know mistakes happen what I am upset about is the entire time there has been no apology or we are sorry for our mistake. Instead I was made more to feel like a criminal that was lying to them about not receiving the item. I am very disappointed and hope they will treat the next customer whose order they mess up better. I am not upset that the order was messed up I know it happens, I am upset with their handling of it once I reported it and their lack of help to ensure I have my Christmas gifts in time. "

In a week I sent the package without opening to DataVision (tracking number 1z0428AR0383692240). It was received almost a week ago and I sent another email to the lady in customer service but got no reply. I have not received and response nor refund yet. "
