"I will not shop in this place EVER AGAIN! I purchase a Dyson Animal V8 on Monday Oct. 23rd with the promise I would receive my product no later than 1week. Today is November 3rd and I still do not have my product! I have contact Costumer Service SEVERAL TIMES! My order was backed up, I then used a gift card to pay for overnight shipping on my product and one more time they messed up the delivery of my order. Costume service treats you like they are doing you a favor! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! So desapointed! It rusted all the good reviews they had, well... "I USTED THIS COMPANY THROUGH AMAZAON AND HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I have mailed back my package on 1/24/2017 by UPS with a signature return requested. It cost me $26.46 to mail back the package, despite the fact it was a defective product. I feel as thought due to receiving a defective product, a paid return label should have been sent to me. I get a call on Tuesday to tell me that the plastic case (of no protection what so ever) is the incorrect plastic case and they will not refund my money unless I return plastic case. I requested to send a picture or the numbers of the plastic case (if it is still in my possession) and the very rude gentleman refused and stated if I don't mail back the plastic case, then I will just lose my money. Or they will just send me back the broken ipod. I do a lot of business with Amazon and have never had a problem, however this has been a TERRIBLE company to deal with. My package did not arrive on time, it took quite some time to get my return label and now the company is giving me a problem with getting my refund. I ordered another Ipod from the very same company at Christmas time and due to the TERRIBLE service I have received, I believe I will be sending it back as well. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!"

"Took my computer to their store for repair (ASUS authorized repair service location). The night before, I went to their website and printed a ticket (tells you to do so when you click on 'Service'). Per instructions on the ticket, the computer should be taken to 445 5th Avenue, New York, NY. Wrong address. I found that out after paying for parking ($15.00 for less than 20 minutes. This is NYC after all). Then I got to their location. The front desk lady seemed extremely disinterested - like I was bothering her. She called a technician. He had problems just taking my information down. I asked him about the repair process and he wasn't sure about several things. I told him about the ticket I printed the night before. He had no idea what I was talking about. Very frustrating and disappointing. For an authorized dealer, I expected better. Obviously they did not get my business."

I ordered a TV on Amazon through these guys and after couple of days, I asked them where is my TV and they said it has been shipped this morning... I asked for the tracking number form them and they said the next day that it has not been shipped due to a delayed shipment from Samsung. I accepted it and waited a few more days. Then I started to ask them about the tv again and they just canceled the order saying out of stock after 10 days. They wasted my time and money. However, I bought a better TV for a much much better price at "BigBoxSuperStore.com"
I would never buy from these guys ever again nor recommend to anyone...

"When I ordered a MAC Book for my daughter, I clicked on the two-day speedy delivery option, which stated that I will received the computer by 12/24/2013, so I said: Great, Perfect time for Christmas” so I paid the extra $49.00 for the service, instead it ended up arriving on the 12/26/13 right after Christmas, “what a bomber, this was for my daughter who was home from college and was gone on the 26th”. I then returned the computer on the 27th , I checked my bank account and no refund was made, once I emailed them, it took the second email for them to respond, and it was then that they refunded my money minus $69.00, I resend them another email requesting the refund for the delivery which they failed to deliver on the 24th as stated on their website before I finalized the order, their response was to “Check your statement” and admitted they withheld an extra $20.00 and will refunded it, a week had pasted and no refund, I had to call Amazon and imitated an official compliant again for the $20.00, the first one was for the $49.00. This company is bad news and shouldn’t be in business and should not be affiliated with Amazon. "Man i got scammed on amazon cause i seen they have 5 stars there! Boy was that a mistake! I ordered $2000 plus dollars worth of stuff and they waited 5 days to tell me they were out of stock and they only told me since i asked! They have ruined the holidays. They robbed me for my opportunity to buy from others who had stock. The took my order and put a hold on my funds and did not deliver!
I may call the ftc and file a complaint as well with the bbb. Amazon needs to check this! Imagine its the holidays and you bought an ipone or a ps4 or something high demand and you secure your find with a purchase. It shouldn't take weeks to realize you have no stock it takes seconds! They have devastated my holidays! Dont purchase here you will regret it! They will put a hold on your funds or take your money when they have 0 stock!"
"I purchased a item on sale, me and over 5 other guys, DataVision never sent us any confirmation(never got charged at first) and they never sent us our items after waiting we sent them emails and called, they said they didn't mean to put the item on sale and would NOT let us buy the item they then charged everyone, but me the price of the item, then a few days later they canceled, and changed the price from $52 to over $500! luckily they didn't charge us any more, 8 days later we got Fraudulent charges put on are Credit Cards and luckily our CC company's canceled them and we are getting new cards. I strongly advise you to NEVER use DataVision, They have horrible customer support and they will take your CC # and use it to buy other items. they are now charging $350 for the item."
"I'm writing this because of their rude customer service representative. I called to ask if they would list an item on the Barnes & Noble Marketplace so I could use my B&N gift card to purchase the item. I see they list a lot of electronic items on there. He said something very rude that was like "customers don't dictate what we list on our web site or other web sites." The point is he was very rude in his answer to me. He could have just said "I'm sorry but we don't do that" or something to that effect. After reading the other reviews here, I'm glad I didn't do any business with them. And you can tell most, if not all, of the good reviews are fake. Click on the user names of the positive reviewers and notice it says "Total Reviews 1." Obviously an employee posting that 1 positive review."
"I ordered 10 Western Digital 3 TB Enterprise Hard Drives from them via Amazon, since they had the best price anywhere at the time for these drives.
Before ordering, I called to verify that these were not OEM drives, and that they would indeed have the full 5 year warranty. I was quickly connected to a representative who was able to check and verify that these were not OEM drives and did have the full warranty.
Even though the order was supposed to be 3-5 days shipping and require 1-2 extra days processing, it showed up the very next day."
