"I bought this device a few months back after doing lots of research and comparisons and was super excited. After receiving it I simply fell in love. The taste and feel was smooth and soft and changed how I enjoyed my herbs. However, just a few short weeks after purchase, the chrom playing under the top hinge came unglued - no big deal
I guess, it's purely decorative. But for the last 6 or even 8 weeks I have been experiencing battery issues. No matter how much I charge my device, I cannot use it more than once. The battery indicates it should have more usage available, but it simply doesn't. I purchased this device because it did one thing - burned dry herb, and burned it really really well, but I have spent money on replacement parts that have broken and now am replacing batteries too. I love this device, but it is costing me more and more as time goes on, and that is not really working for me. "

I requested a warranty replacement for my Davinci iQ I ordered (order #58458) on 11/10/2016 because it is very harsh when inhaling and it burns the product. I also own a crafty and a mighty and a pinnacle pro deluxe and they are not harsh nor burn my herbs."
