When I made my order I had an option to select free shipping, but USPS priority was ALSO there for about $10. I selected free and really hope it actually ships out USPS priority. I just feel like the customer service across the board could be better when dealing with the customers that have been trying to get units replaced that have been defective. I know the business and while it's great that you've invested much into marketing, customer service is going to make or break any company.
