"The product is well engineered, put together, and backed. Because of that I have no problem spending the money required to purchase one. The only issue of substance is: There are a good number of retailers selling the unit at discounted prices. It would be nice if you had a 10% or so promo for the unit. I trust your website and company, and am paying a premium for the security of my purchase coming directly from you. So, 10% or so wouldn't be that big of an ask, in my humble opinion."
