"I've owned an IQ for about 18 months and recently had the silicone post that holds the pearl tear. My device was under warranty and is being repaired and returned for free, but getting to that point required registering my product, filling out a request form, submitting a video of my problem and packing and shipping my device for repair. This process seems awfully cumbersome and I'm pleased to see that the MIQRO appears to be designed to allow a simple accessory purchase to correct the same issue if it happens on that device.

Overall I chose Davinci over other brands because the build quality is clearly superior to competitors. The MIQRO addresses the few design flaws that that IQ had, and makes for a more practical personal product.

I can tell the customer service team cares and that the business as a whole is growing. I'd like to see a more streamlined warranty/repair process, and possibly kits available to fix problems like this myself rather than sending my device (Once you have a Davinci you don't like to be without it!).

Fix the issues with the mouth piece falling out and the intermittent battery connect that sometimes happens when you put the device down to quickly and I will be more than happy to sing the praises of your products to everyone I know.
