"Shipping was $9 for something that could be sent as a regular letter by mail (i.e. screens). Also, site does not supply shipper information (USPS does not ship to my address, but UPS for example does) so I had to provide an alternate address."

"I recently tried to order a charger from you and tee shirt. I have been waiting for the charger for a few weeks now and each day nothing was showing up. I just logged back into the website and saw that the original payment was declined. I wish I had known that and I would have rectified it faster. The security system on my CC caused the decline of the card. Perhaps you could think about an email alert system in situations like this or better yet have a live personal call me. Anyways, I just placed a new order. Keep up the good work. "
"My first was an advent which i loved, it went bad(buttons stopped registering presses), was under warranty but the IQ just came so so I said why not and decided to upgrade. An upgrade it was. The best portable dry leaf vaporizer i’ve Owned until the charging unit became loose inside the case and wouldnt hold a proper connection. They replaced the faulty charging unit, but didnt do anything to the connector. That is still loose and can barely keep a connection.I can barely make it work if it;s cocked JUST right.. i dont feel like going through customer service again. When it works, its the best i’ve Used.(havent tried a pax,) i purchased some accessories(three hector joints that happen to be out of stock(shocker, each one of mine broke in the first day of ownership), and a new cord just on the off chance my cord is bad, but if/when that connector goes, thats probably when ii’m going to try a new company. "

"I've got the IQ for a few months now, and until now, just pro and no cons, just compliments and no dislikes. Since day one that it's a plus in my life, and for it's worth, a plus for the next 10 years (warranty, like no other). Davinci brand is just awesome, from the products to the service, from the costumer service to shipping, only have good reviews until now (I've been buying in the last months: spacers, one extra starting kit, the glove ...). "I did quite a bit of research before buying this over the IQ's other competitors. I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy the Iq. Overall I am really happy with the Iq after using it for about a week. I had issues with the App, which it is apparently notorious for. I have also heard of the app CAUSING problems and online it seems like you had a mixed reputation. I saw some things I wish I saw before I bought it, it could've persuaded me to buy something else. I am happy to provide links. I emailed you guys about it and got a pretty generic reply which I can send to you. Then what really rubbed me the wrong way is that at the end of the email you offered me 15% off of a DIFFERENT vaporizer from Davinci, or take 20% off any accessories...I got excited until i read NOT FOR IQ. So you offered me a pretty insulting compensation, in my opinion, for my inconvenience. He also said they were working on the app and "other issues" What does that mean? Are there other problems to keep an eye on? This IS A $300.00 PRODUCT. You guys know you are better than this, and customers who spend that kind of money deserve better service. Here I am still ordering my accessories full price paying for shipping. I honestly was going to try to let it go and enjoy my Iq, which i still intend to do. I love this thing. Thank you for making it. I was also going to order an adapter and a case and some other things but right now I'll just see how things go, and patiently wait for my spacers. I'm sorry if this sounds ALL negative. I would honestly LOVE to hear back from you in a more thoughtful and compassionate manner instead of an automated and generic response.
