dont order from this webiste

"I bought a binder for my pages from the site and paid shipping...not only was the binder not described in size well, but when I went to return it, they wouldnt pay retrun shipping fees, so all in all, Im out almost $20 for shipping for a binder that was bought under the impression of it being the correct size"

NO Customer Service

"I placed an order on Aug. 7th and waited, and waited.
Having heard absolutely nothing, on Aug. 17th I sent them an email inquiring as to the status of my order. Got no response.
On Aug. 22nd, I went to the website and used their "contact" link to inquire. Got no response.
So finally, on Aug. 28th, I went to the website and after doing some digging found that the order had never been fulfilled, because they ran out.
Apparently they just forgot to tell me, or answer any of my inquiries. Though they were quick to add me to their spam solicitation list.

Not worth the effort - find someplace that actually wants to serve customers.

"If you use Day-Timer products (or are considering purchasing them), you may want to consider purchasing from a non-affiliated company. The products are wonderful; however, if you ever need to return something, consider at least some of your money forfeit.

Long story short, either their employees are stealing from them or they don't mind losing customers.

I counted the items I sent back at least three times to make sure they were all there, and I have been informed that two items are missing. They didn't even put the amount of the planner I never received on their initial refund. I have never had such a disappointing experience with a company. The talent of the customer service employee they had calling me is wasted. She can be as kind and understanding as she wants, but she will never successfully satisfy customers as long as they can't even manage to count returned items correctly.

"I ordered a "Slim Retro" 2011 weekly planner from Day-Timer, since I could not find this product in my local OfficeMax or Office Depot stores. The planner arrived timely through the postal service, with helpful shipment notification from Day-Timer. The Slim Retro planner has a nice compact design, fitting into most shirt or jacket pockets. It's bound in imitation leather, nicely stitched with rounded edges. When you open the planner, a given week appears in side-by-side page format, with ample space to write in your appointments for each day. Eighteen pages of detailed colored maps appear at the end, showing the U.S. and most of the world.
