"So I called Parts to order metallic tray touch-up paint. They wanted my VIN number. I go find my VIN number and call back. Gave them my VIN number and asked if they could mail it. They told me to order online. I go online - You can't find touch-up paint through the menu. I call Parts, they transfer me to another person who gave me the code to order the paint and Voila! finally done. But why did this take 3 phone calls and 20 minutes to order touch-up paint? I bought the floor mats from the Accessories man at Daytona Toyota and maybe he should ask if we want touch-up paint or anything else?"
