"Online experience isn't half bad, I usually have to cross-check part no. and supersessions for older vehicles which can be a little bit of a hassle. Sometimes some diagrams are hidden, but that may be organization of the database and technically user error.
I'd give 5 stars on my first customer service phone call, I believe with "Anthony", he was great.
I'd give about 2 or 3 stars on my second phone conversation, where I was asking for confirmation of a part NLA (but showed in stock online). The CSA was a little rude and wouldn't confirm that I had the right part number since I used my own VIN to plug in the search querry.
Many customers do not have full knowledge of database and the ability to navigate so I'd appreciate a little more effort on their end to confirm (it was obvious CSA was trying to save time and did not want to do anything else) that I A. had the correct part, and B. there were no other parts which may work.
