"I have had absolutely no contact from you guys. No confirmation email, no delivery status, nothing. I have sent numerous messages to you guys regarding my order and have not had any reply back to any of them. My order is completely something different that I had no idea I was getting. I got the cheapest lowest grade mattress y’all had and I didn’t even order it and I can’t get in touch with anybody to get it fixed. So now I guess I got God. They just double bass is fine that’s the only good part of the whole order."

"Wanted to buy local and should have! Been waiting 10 days and no bed. Fed Ex is just as inept. After continually tracking the item for the last 10 days, they have said continuously said it would arrive but it’s been sitting idle in Chicago for a week! Sure glad I called FedEx!"

"I have never come across a company so unwilling to do what's right. I ordered a bed 3 months ago, after waiting nearly a month for it to arrive it came damaged. I called to have it replaced, they refused telling me since it was a large freight item in should have inspected it before the delivery driver left. 2 months later after numerous lies that they were sending new replacement parts, they haven't sent them. I am reporting fraudulent charges with my bank and would advise everybody to avoid this scam site. "

I could not find a split queen adjustable bed in any of the local stores. The DealBeds phone staff was helpful directing me to the best mattress and frame for our needs. We purchased a split queen adjustable base and two hybrid mattresses. The mattresses are the most comfortable that I have had. When there was a delay in delivery the phone staff worked quickly to resolve the problem. I am very happy with our new bed. "

"I ordered a nice traditional bed from Dealbeds, over the week-end. (5/15) It looked just like what I was looking for at a good price. I looked all over the website to get an idea of their shipment time, rules; cost, etc. I called on Monday to get this information & was shocked to learn the bed would be delivered at the end of July!!! Two months plus for delivery! I don’t live in Mars! The man on the phone was very understanding & courteous but there was nothing he could do. I cancelled & asked for a refund. That kind of shipping kills Dealbeds business!"
