"I am still waiting on my refund. I never accepted the delivery. They didn’t offer a white glove delivery format 7 to 10 piece king size bedroom set. I thought the white glove delivery was automatic especially since there was no charge for delivery. I have purchased furniture and appliances before and have never had an issue with Homewood bring my product inside the house. There was not a question as to delivering with white glove service. I was not permitted to handle my own goods. It is the white glove way with reparable businesses without question. Why was I expected to move furniture of this magnitude from the curb enter the home?

The seller called fedex to find out about where the other half was. This was not sellers fault it was fedex . Very inconvenient for me as i had already disposed of my old bed. "
