"Never again !

I placed two different orders within two days at DealerCostCarAudio. Both of them were for Helix Amplifiers. They accept the order without let me know that they don't have those in stock. Couple days later I got an email from Big5Electonics that they are in charge to provide the amplifiers. To get these confirmed I have tried to call DealerCostCarAudio for two days, without get a representative on the phone. Three days later I got an email that they chanceled my order!

That is the way they handle orders ! Never again will I place an order at DealerCostCarAudio

"this company is a hoax. we ordered speakers that They have been unable to produce. We ask that our credit card be credited with emails in return saying it would be but have yet to get that credit after months of attempts.When trying to contact this (company)all you get is a worthless message.This company is a joke. Dont waste your time or money waiting on things they cant produce."

"I ORDERED A COUPLE PAIRS OF INFINITI SPEAKERS AND A BASSLINK IN DECEMBER 2009 AND NOW ITS AUGUST 2010 AND STILL NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND. I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS EMAILS AND ONE LINE RESPONSES TO STRING ME ALONG AND TRIED CALLING A FEW TIMES BUT WAS ON HOLD FOR LITERALLY HOURS!!!! I GOT THROUGH ONLY ONE TIME AND SPOKE TO A "CLAY" BUT STILL NOTHING. I DEMANDED A REFUND AND I GOT THE TYPICAL RESPONSE THAT MANY OTHERS HAVE GOT AFTER READING THE REVIEWS....1-3 BUSINESS DAYS THAT WAS JULY 20, 2010.....WELL NOTHING!!! VERY UPSET!! I AM A FEDERAL AGENT AND I HAVE THE RESOURCES TO FIND THESE CRIMINALS THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! I WANT TO PUT THEM IN CUFFS MYSELF!! I WILL BE FILING MY COMPLAINTS TO THE BBB, FBI (IC3), AND VISA AND ANY OTHER WEBSITES I CAN FIND TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS AND HOPEFULLY BEHIND BARS WHERE THESE CRIMINALS BELONG. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY $334.93 THAT WAS STOLEN FROM ME!!!"

"i placed my order on the 27th never got any response i sent email on when my shipment was comming they stated they shall get it soon what ever that means DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM TOTAL RIP OFF thank god they didn't charge me i sent a email back saying i did not want it any more they need to be shut down"

"My story is the same as all the reviews (item on backorder for months, emails putting me off, and no response concerning a refund). This is computer fraud. Please do as I did... contact your local police, your State Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the FBI I3 (Internet Complaint Center). It does not take long and it might help stop the fraud. Also, if paid by credit card, contact them to get a refund."

"This is by far the worst exsprience of shopping on line i have ever had buying of dealer cost car audio .I purchased four months ago tried for 3 months to get a refund off them when I realised that my delivery was not going to come they refused to give a refund dying that it was on back order se.my them at least 40 e mails demanding my refund another still refused to refund my money.In the I hadtogo through my bankto get my money, now I am reporting them to the attorney general for their business practice.Do yourself a big favour and stay well clear of these gangsters the amount of time and stress it causes you is not worth it .The worst excuse for a company ever they should be ashamed of themselves."

"I ordered an amp on May 27 for $158.99. My credit card was charged immediately, and I received an e-mail stating they would send a shipping tracking number within 7 days. No tracking number came--no product arrived. I called repeatedly, but could never get a live person. I e-mailed repeatedly as well. The only response I received was "what do you want us to do?". I stated that I would like the product shipped and a tracking number mailed. They e-mailed back with one line "same address?". I responded letting them know to send it, and to please e-mail a tracking number. Still received no product. I waited for a reponse. When none came, I asked that they give me a refund. I have received no more responses. I am very frustrated. $158.99 is a great deal of money for me. It has now been over 2 months. I do not understand how a company can take money from people like this---it is outright stealing!"

"Order the Hifonics bxi 2600d from this site like everyone else
now I getting the same run around with my credit card. I talk to a guy name Clay seemed like a nice guy. After 7 days of my original purchase I call to see why I hadn't receive a confirmation on my purchase. I was told by Clay and I quote "That For some reason Hifonics was on backorder and it have
been months sense he's seen my amp(Hifonics bxi 2600d) in stock,He told me I had a choice to get something else, wait or
he could refund my money(I thought u had to e-mail your
order #, reason why you want to cancel and card #). He told
me his manager says they should be getting a shipment by
the end of the week, end of the week come still no confirmation. I called the next Monday the shipment didn't
come in so I waited till the end of the week, call to check the
status of my order I got ahold of Clay again he says his
manager says that they received a shipment today and that
he was going send shipping and his Manager a e-mail to
make sure they got my order out today and that I should be
receiving a confirmation by the 3 p.m. today. I got no
confirmation but I got a e-mail from his manager saying still backordered less than 5 hours after Clay claim they had a
shipment in. I email them both at same time b/c I was
beginning to think I was getting f----- stating I want a refund and got a quick response from sales stating cancel with the
same pending authorization, still haven't heard from Clay. I
called today got in touch with someone asked why my card
hasn't been refunded he said the card was refunded he was
going talk to someone to see what was going on, he put me
on hold dead silence for maybe 5 minutes all of a sudden for
some reason the phone got disconnected then I wound up
finding this site.




NOTICE to DCCA:I'm going file a dispute with the bank on ORDER # 60616 ( within the 30 days of cancelation) on my lunch break tomorrow no more run around, if my card get refunded I will gladly cancel the dispute. We can work things b/w us but I'm not going for the 1-3 business days B.S.



B.S. If I get a call before I go to lunch I will give you 1 day to refund my money if not I will be at the bank on my lunch break(11:45-12:30). After that I'm going to my lawyer, BBB, FBI, local law enforcement etc.


-My lawyer will be hearing this by tomorrow evening if nothing is resolve.



-Here s the cancel notication they sent me:
Your pending credit card authorization has been voided. Depending on your bank or credit card company pending authorization can take anywhere from 1-3 business days for the pending authorization to be removed. You will have to
check with your bank if you still see a pending transaction
after this window of time.

-Emails they sent me on the same day
Clay-My manager says that we have some in stock. I email him as well as the shipping department with your order number and telling them to make sure to get this out for you this afternoon.  You should be receiving a tracking number around 3 today.

"I too fell vicitm to this website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I have corresponded with them via email several times, each time receiving promises of actions to be taken, but have not received any results. They don't answer the phone and THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! I have filed complaints with the FTC, IC3, BBB, and will file with my local police department and VISA tomorrow. It is a shame that these scam artists continue to rip people off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT NOR WILL YOU RECEIVE A REFUND!!

"Looked on the net for the best deal on some car audio found DCA site they had the best prices and free shipping if over $99. Now I know why, because they dont sell anything! They just run your credit card and give you the run around until you just say F-IT! Well I'm not and all those who who got ripped off dont need to either. This supposed company needs to be held accountable for their actions. I already logged a complaint with the BBB and already contacted the California Attorney General. And they both responded in a timely manner unlike this bogus company. I feel for those who lost a lot of money, fortunately They only got $154.49 from me but I will get mine....There are people in prison for a lot less these days. I can't imagine how much $ they have stolen, and got away with. As they say every dog has his day...hopefully those dogs will have theirs soon."

"I have the very same complaint I have read over and over again throughout this website. Placed my order and waited several weeks. Eventually cancelled my order and received confirmation. Waited for refund that never came. Sent several emails, all without a response. I will be taking the same action that many others have. In addition, I will do everything in my power to hold these people accountable. People should be very aware of this company before spending one dime. Best case senario, they all go to jail. "

"wow it looks like im one of the many that were ripped off!! did all the e mail crap and phone calls, no refund or shipment of order. i will also be one to report to bbb and internet crime. nothing but a SCAM!! i have been in contact with them and still no refund, they tried to blame my bank, what ever! "EVERYONE TAKE NOTICE! DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from these people! They are thieves and crooks! I purchased a sub and amp on 5/18/2010. First concern was they charged my credit card immediately. After a couple of weeks with no hint of my order being shipped, I sent an email and get a response from DCCA that one of the items I ordered is on backorder. A single line response. Ater another week, I sent another email asking the status of my order and I get another (one line) email response back that states another week. After I waited a month and still hadn't received the items I ordered, I sent a number of emails asking to cancel my order and refund the money. I followed the procedures they state on their website in order to cancel an order and get my money back. I get a one liner email again that says "canceled." I've also sent a number of email notifications to them stating they've canceled my order and now need to refund my money! ...two months later and still no refund! DEALER COST CAR CAR AUDIO IS A RIP OFF AND DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN!! I've got a nice email trail from the start of my transaction with DCCA that I'm sure will be more than enough evidence of fraud to my lawyer! THESE GUYS DESERVE TO BE BEHIND BARS!"
