"The laptop that I purchased from Dealfisher.com was advertised as having 8GB of DDR3 Memory. However, once I received the laptop it only had 4GB of DDR3 Memory. Once I contacted Dealfisher.com they informed me that they were aware of this. They gave me the options of a partial credit or returning the laptop, but it would have been nice if they had contacted me proactively instead of waiting for me to contact them. It made me feel as though they were hoping no one would notice the discrepancy."

"In order to suffice my regular official works and some image processing, I had placed an order of an Asus Vivobook - S500CA-US71T that was available in Dealfisher. The deal mentioned that the laptop would comprise 8GB RAM & Optical drive, although the product that we received had 4GB of RAM and no Optical drives.
I have been offered $50 as compensation but you could hardly upgrade your laptop with 4Gb of RAM & Optical drive including the service charges in $50.
Since I was thinking of returning the product, I had enquired about the shipping charges, which I came to know is around $35-$40. Yet I was informed that I would be compensated with $25 only for the shipping charges. I am at an ambivalence as in what to do with the product."
