i ordered two headphones. the box was banged up terrible shipping and the headphones were defective!. i contacted customer service and THEY STILL HAVENT REPLIED TO THIS DAY! IVE CONTACTED THEM THREE TIMES!!!!.

"DealiCool thus far has been a complete ripoff! I ordered 2 DS Lites and a couple of DS games more than a week before Christmas and chose expedited shipping. Games arrived before Christmas, but DS's didn't! Contacted them to make sure that they would and was told they changed my shipping to standard! Why? Who knows? They didn't arrive until Jan. 15!! They told me to just refuse them, and they would be automatically sent back and they would refund my $$. It is now Feb. 24th. Hong Kong post says they were returned Feb. 3rd. They refuse to refund my $$ because they say they haven't received them! Nice. No way to verify, of course, because I'm here and they are in Singapore! I've told them repeatedly to check w/their postal service. They refuse. Done! Never AGAIN! I advise anyone to be very careful ordering from Dealicool. No refunds seems to be their policy even if you never took possession of the merchandise! "
