The new microphone did not work, and when I plugged it in to charge the charge port and wire got extremely hot. Then stopped taking a charge. Contacted them twice at their support email to ask for another part as this one was defective and received no response. Buyer beware"

"BEWARE!!!!! My order arrived on time, and I was Thrilled to have my screen replaced. Well anyways after my new screen was installed correctly everything seemed to be fine except that when I was trying to read a page on my phone the screen would just shoot up to the top. This is every Annoying and after two days you'd go crazy. I further looked into it and did a screen diagnostic test and multiple touches were topping up when I wasn't even touching the screen, The Screen Digitizer didn't work properly... I was eventually going to send the screen back, but I found out that there is a 14 day return policy and it was after two weeks, plus I didn't have the right materiel that was sent with the screen so I wouldn't have been able to get a full refund. I've looked on other sites and people were leaving the same review as I am. Also the plastic prying tool helped but it leave bits of tiny blue plastic particles inside the phone.....Don't Make the same mistake I did. "
