"I bought last year a Jiayu G4 Advanced and received it within 2 weeks in Europe. However, the USB connector got loose and I could only charge the battery by pressing manually hard on the USB power plug in order to make the connector make connection. After consulting Dealsprime's Consumer Service I shipped it back to repair. When I received it back after 2,5 months (!) the phone was exactly in the same state and not repaired at all (I sent two phones (one for a colleague) so probably they made a mistake in the repair department). Upon arrival I directly send an email to ask them how they could solve this issue (I did not like to have to wait another 2,4 month) but they react ignorant by telling me I could send it again AND pay another US$30 repair costs and now they claim the phone actually has been fixed (if so, why would I complain? :-)). I really hate I don't have my phone fixed and I am especially disappointed by the unprofessional reaction on my complaint. If not solved soon, I will definitely go for another shop next time.
Update per 8/Jul: again a standarised email stating that they think the phone has been repaired as on the clip I made of the error the red LED is on. However they fail to see that the LED flashes when touching the power cable... I got 3 times the reaction the phone has been fixed although it clearly isn't and a few reactions that I can pay another USD30 and again send my phone to them. I am about to give up ..."

I have never seen such a bad customer support before.
I buy from China for 6 years, but have never come across such an attitude to the buyer.
I have returned a fake Goophone back to DealsPrime with registered mail, as requested. No matter if my Postal Services Tracking System and the International Postal System have marked the item in question as delivered, they still insists that they never received my return. But this seems to be a standard practice for the shop, as I discovered reading the other reviews in here. If I just knew all these before I place my order. Please be aware, in case you face a problem with any of your purchases from DealsPrime, you are on your own. From my experience you would regret the money and time you spend to ship the item back, not to consider the cost of your purchase.
In November 2013 I bought Goophone i5C Android 4.1 MTK6572 1.2GHz Phone 3G GPS 4.0 "IPS 480 * 854 8.0MP, Order # 100006623. 117.99$. Goophone I loved - very good Russian, good processor, good screen quality, very sensitive 5 point screen good 5Mp camera, excellent battery charger, the apple on the back cover. I ordered another two Goophone: Order # 100010198 on 01/02/14 and Order # 100011240 on 2/26/14.
03/05/14 I received Order # 100010198. Came fake Goophone. Russian impossible to understand, 0.3 megapixel camera, a screen with poor sensitivity, short menu, by muting sensor is missing, fake charger for $ 0.7, it is unclear what kind of processor, an apple on the back cover is missing.
Such a phone I could buy on ALIEXPRESS for $ 50, on PANDAWILL for $ 54.99.
I returned the order # 100010198 airmail March 8, tracking RR093642129BY.
March 25 departure was delivered.
DealsPrim says he does not get it.
03/05/14 I received Order # 100011240 on 2/26/14. Came fake Goophone. Also very poor quality.
I used it for 3 weeks. Then he decided to give his wife and did reset to factory settings. After that, the phone stopped to enter the network as locked-sees network but can not connect. ""

I finally received (today) the unit back from deals prime. I am not sure if this was a new unit or the original that I have posted. All accessories (cables and headphones) were opened – and I am pretty sure that these were the originals that I have posted - , but the tablet had all the protective plastics as new. Once again, this was a useless unit, which I never managed to boot. Ok, I really cannot express my frustration and anger at this point with worlds. I rest my case, I think I got to the point that I realized that there no point any more to try to get this thing working. We all have a bad experience from online shopping at some time, for me this is the top one. After my story, I am sure you would think twice before trusting dealsprime with your money. Bye."
