"Of course they were helpful and friendly on the live chat, yes your happy with your item. What if you wasn't ? Did you read returns policy ? No, I bet no one did, those who did didn't buy.
Then the live chat becomes unplesant, then they ask did you read the policy on returns (we don't allow returns sir) you pay return fees for postage and charged for repair if they have accepted on chat or email your allowed to return it.

Oh, that is after you send photos of the problem and convince them your not responsible for the fault or damage. Your then put off with the price of returning and repair bill and another return postage and end up wiping it off as a bad experience.

"The product price in US$ was competitive. The exchange rates displayed were way off sync when actual conversion took place with the banks (credit cards, etc). The exchange rates were very misleading and should be corrected. I missed out on the 3% discount and the free gift as I had paid using Express Paypal Checkout.
