"Ordered my samples on November 24th, after emailing them several times it was "shipped" on Dec. 8, yet the tracking number hasn't updated since then and they haven't responded to any emails regarding the tracking not updating at all. Obviously a scammer, avoid at all costs."

"I placed an order about a month ago and was worried about the reputation of this website, so I placed an order through PayPal in case the worst were to happen. Sure enough, one month later and no items, updates, shipping information, or communication of any kind from the seller, except, of course, the receipt from PayPal letting me know I paid. I tried contacting the seller through the website, no response. I tried contacting the seller through email, no response. So finally, I started a claim with PayPal and I'm hoping to get my money back. Even if I get my items by this point, it's too late to matter since I hoped to sample before purchasing full bottles. I've had iffy experiences with other decanters before regarding shipping, but every other site I've used has at least provided some degree of communication, which is absolutely the bare minimum for buying online. Trust me, just pay the extra 5 or 10 bucks through another website for the same items; this is not worth the trouble. If you do try this website out like I did, be prepared to fight for your money back a month later once you receive nothing."

"Stay away from DecantShop at all costs. They took over a month to send my order after giving me the runaround and lying to me for weeks about the samples being "shipped". I kept checking the tracking number they provided and it showed the package not being shipped for weeks. When confronted, they blamed the whole thing on USPS which is nonsense because many orders were being delivered to me on time by USPS. Worst of all, the 5 ml sample of Creed Royal Oud I finally received was either fake or so damaged from poor storage that it was no longer recognizable. I know this fragrance so well and bought many samples over the years. What they sent me was not Royal Oud. Being who they are, they of course refused to accept the return or issue a refund. Don't gamble with your money, there are so many other reputable online retailers / decanters that would never lie to and cheat customers."
"I placed an order on 6/24/21 and as of 7/16/21, my order is still showing on their website as "processing". They were paid for this order on 6/25/21 and after numerous inquiries, I have been totally ignored. I have now asked for my money back but, as usual, have heard nothing from them. Don't buy from decantshop.com. Now that I've done my research after the fact, I never would have placed an order had I known how many people have the exact same thing happen to them. "

"Decant Shop sent me fake juice!
Decant Shop's website listed a number of harder-to-find fragrances. I ordered a few that I'd been unable to find elsewhere. Over a month later, they arrive, and all of them smell. . . odd.
So, I reach out to Decant Shop, thinking that perhaps they can explain, but no response. To confirm -- or deny -- my suspicion, I travel to Neiman Marcus, where I find two of the three fragrances I ordered from Decant Shop. The testers from Neiman Marcus smell glorious, everything I expected. The decants I received from Decant Shop smell of chemicals and deceit. Is what they sent me even safe to spray on one's body?
While I am out $70, I hope I can at least save you the frustration of getting scammed by Decant Shop, and divert any future funds from their cheating hands.

"I thought they messed up but i was wrong. I even got mad at them. They showed me the tracking information then just sent me a replacement. So basically they just took my word that i never got it even though tracking said otherwise. Awesome. They're not the speediest etailer but they are a specialty service. It's as much a service as it is like buying a product. They have to actually do the decanting and stock an incredible variety. You gotta cut them a little slack. We're so spoiled by megacorporations instant gratification that we don't have enough patience sometimes. "

"They advertised 125 ml is zegna Javanese patchouli perfume on the website. I ordered it and did not hear from it for more than a month. Several emails no response. I finally received an item from them. The item is fake doesn’t smell like the original that I have. Item is not 125 ml but that’s besides the point now. It does not have standard Zegna logo - they took some fake perfume and put on some cheap bottle and printed a cheap sticker and shipped the item as legit. I will push for getting my money back and make sure that I spread my experience on this shady outfit."
