"Ordered my samples on November 24th, after emailing them several times it was "shipped" on Dec. 8, yet the tracking number hasn't updated since then and they haven't responded to any emails regarding the tracking not updating at all. Obviously a scammer, avoid at all costs."

So finally, I started a claim with PayPal and I'm hoping to get my money back. Even if I get my items by this point, it's too late to matter since I hoped to sample before purchasing full bottles. I've had iffy experiences with other decanters before regarding shipping, but every other site I've used has at least provided some degree of communication, which is absolutely the bare minimum for buying online. Trust me, just pay the extra 5 or 10 bucks through another website for the same items; this is not worth the trouble. If you do try this website out like I did, be prepared to fight for your money back a month later once you receive nothing."

"They advertised 125 ml is zegna Javanese patchouli perfume on the website. I ordered it and did not hear from it for more than a month. Several emails no response. I finally received an item from them. The item is fake doesn’t smell like the original that I have. Item is not 125 ml but that’s besides the point now. It does not have standard Zegna logo - they took some fake perfume and put on some cheap bottle and printed a cheap sticker and shipped the item as legit. I will push for getting my money back and make sure that I spread my experience on this shady outfit."
