"Ordered a Minka Air fan from DecorPrice. Unfortunately the fan was super noisy. I called Minka customer service who said the fan needed to be swapped out. Always say that you see someone's true colors when things go wrong. It's easy to be "good" when things go right, but not so easy when things go wrong. Max jumped in and shipped out a replacement fan. I shipped the old one back, and Max followed up to let me know the refund was on the way. Kuddos to Max and the team at Decorprice for handling things and following up when needed. Would definitely do business with them again."

"After reading the reviews here I was very reluctant to place an order. However, their prices were so good I had to try. I placed an order for some of the items I needed to "check them out".
The order was shipped the same day, arrived a few days later and everything worked.
I then placed another order a few days later. Same thing, except this time only part of my order was shipped per the email notification. Concerned there was an issue I contacted them and was told it was being shipped, just from another location. Very prompt and courteous reply to my concern. All items were timely received.
Then I placed another order. Same great products and service as the first two times.
To be honest, their customer info/order page could be improved in looks and functionality, BUT it did provide enough info to know what was going on so that is not an issue at all. Their speed, quality and communications (from order placement to shipping) was top notch.
Another bonus is that they have a no-cost rewards program. I didn't know about it until they confirmed my order and it was definitely a nice surprise.
BTW, I do not work for them. I had never heard of them before when I stumbled across them when doing a search. I will be ordering from them again."
"This is a big scam! I ordered a ceiling fan. They sent the wrong color. They are making it impossible to return it. I submitted "RMA" on their website. No response -- no shipping label -- nothing. I called. A man said I would receive info that day. Received nothing. I called again. Got the royal run-around from a very rude, irritated Indian man with a thick accent who had a bunch of kids running around yelling in the background. I could barely hear or understand him -- he started yelling at me that I wasn't following the process. I hung up on him. I guess I'm stuck with this expensive fan. Also, BEWARE the box on your "Edit Account Information Page" that says "Allow Remote Shopping Assistance!" That's how they get into your computer and then they can get into your passwords and other accounts! Don't check that box!"
"I ordered a chandelier and it arrived with a defective arm ( the candle cup was incorrectly welded so it bent at an odd angle. After multiple emails and phone calls they finally sent me the return information and informed me that I am responsible for the return shipping on a large chandelier that was clearly defective as shown in the pictures that I sent them. The shipping will be exorbitant on such a large box and I have no interest in a replacement as it is clearly an inferior product. The price was cheaper than other sites and now I know why- buy from a reputable site not this one!"
"The delivery service, Saia, brought a very smashed box with a broken chandelier that I paid a large amount of money for. I would not accept the delivery and was given a number to call which gave me a blocked email address. I expect a full refund put back on my pay pal account within 24 hours as promised by Roy “Smith” on the phone.
After ordering and getting a fake delivery confirmation number for FedEx and then told on the phone after several tries of getting information, I needed to contact Saia for a delivery appointment which was never told to me until much later in the conversations. I decided to investigate your company, or should I say several companies that delivery damaged or incorrect products and then are difficult to get a refund. I am very concerned with how this will end. I am very disappointed because this was a chandelier for a client that I promised this particular chandelier at your price! Now I cannot deliver that and yet to have the money to refund her! I am just starting my business and this looks so bad on me although it is your fault! I was originally so excited to have found such great prices on lighting and thought I would be using your company for all my lighting needs. What a terrible way to treat people. "
"wish I could leave a zero score cs was very rude paid 650.00 for a ceiling fan they said it was delivered never received it called cs and was told they would look into it. got an email saying that it was delivered it was not I asked the guy did anyone sign for it. he told me it was dropped of on Saturday I was home all day Saturday cs said sorry but nothing more will be done. so I'm out 650.00 and never do business with this company had to call the credit card company to put in a fraud claim . warning do not use this company"

"I was very worried about placing an order based on previous reviews I read. Still, the price was much lower and customer support (Max) was very attentive answering all my questions immediately. Shipping was super fast and the product was in my house 5 days after ordering (and that includes a weekend).

"Stay far far away. I received a broken clock that cost me $140 and this seller refuses to even exchange unless I pay to ship it back and the 15% restocking fee. The clock was shipped in a box that arrive mangled and yet that still was not enough for them to make it right. I am still going round and round with them and they refuse to refund my payment for a broken item. Never have I experienced anything like this when buying online. "

After reaching out to a very efficient representative Max, on a Monday ,,, I was very amazed and appreciative to receive the replacement shade by Thursday.
