"Based on the many poor reviews for Decor Island, I was hesitant to place an order. But I took a chance because this was the only place that seemed to offer the older style spout for a particular Rubinet faucet. I spoke with Joe S., and he assured me that I could still get the older style. I skeptically placed my order and crossed my fingers. Sure enough, when the faucet arrived, it was the current style, which I didn't want, despite Joe's clear instructions to the vendor. When I called to get it resolved, I was prepared for an ordeal, but Joe took care of everything, and we now have the correct faucet. I'm deducting one start because the images on the website are too small to allow you to adequately see product details."
