After waiting on the phone more than an hour I finally connected with someone to talk about replacing it. Quite a few photos were required in order to have a refund/rplacement authorized. Once that was done, I had the problem that I wanted to replace the vanity with a different one. the guy I talked with about this said he had to talk with someone and would get back to me. He didn't. When I called his extension I got a message telling me to leave a message, but the number wasn't taking messages. finally I called customer service, which (thank god!) answered immediately, cancelled the item and issued a refund. "
