"Do not risk buying anything from this place, you may regret it as I do. The linen tower I ordered arrived with several manufacturers defects and is something I could’ve purchased at Walmart for $100 instead of $800. I immediately got on their chat to let them know about the defects. I spent 45 minutes waiting for the chat person to come on even though I was supposedly the next person in line. She asked me to emails photos which I did immediately. This was on a Wednesday. On the following Monday when I still hadn’t heard back from her, I tried to contact them again. Their customer service opens at 10am and I called at 10am exactly only to find out they were so busy I couldn’t even wait on hold and had to leave a message. I tried calling again in the afternoon with the same result. Then I tried their chat again - this time I was 5th in line. After waiting 1/2 hour more I got knocked off the chat. When you call their customer service number the voicemail says they know your time is valuable but I’ve already wasted way too much time to still have absolutely no response. Unfortunately I’ll have to file a dispute with Amex."
