Wasn't happy that I had to send specifics in an e-mail and wait 24-48 hours for a response. I did use the USA discount ~ although Houzz offered $40 off. Order an item off your website and hoping it's the right one; since there was not image I just hoping your description is on target. I went through your "Chat" and was told if I needed to return the item I would have to pay the shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. If this part is not what I need then the restocking would be wrong especially since there's no image of the product and incorrect description. "
