"I have been on a chat with Alex for around an hour. He offered me discounts that when I got to check out evaporated. I tried twice to have him redo the order and the discounts always went away yet when he sent me a link the discount was there. In his link the discount was $40 but in the order it was gone and replaced with $4. This is a bait and switch tactic. I got fed up but place the order anyway because I needed the product. Very disappointing. Another product would not ship to California but that information did not show up until all the way to the end of the order. Should have been on the first page of the web site."
