"I was looking for a specific sink that was sold out everywhere. Their online website said it was in stock but I also decided to call and the service rep promised it was indeed in stock and they had 30 total. I placed the order, website said it was supposed to ship within 2 days. More than a week passes, my item does not ship nor do I get an update from the company. I call back, takes the rep almost 30 min to find out they are indeed out of stock. I was very upset as I needed this item and was told it was in stock from the beginning. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere."
