Best thing is that they ship fast, and all items ship for free. I love this because it makes me want to order with them more. "I placed my order on a Wednesday (Dec. 17)and received information that it would arrive at its destination on Friday Dec. 19, 2008. The order did not arrive. I was unable to get shipping info on the web. On Tuesday, Dec. 23, I received a call from DermStore inquiring about my credit card, wanting to know if the order was valid. Then after I explained that the order was a Christmas gift for my elderly aunt, the person on the line told me that it would be immediately shipped and would arrive Dec. 24. Later in the afternoon I received an email telling me that the items were out of stock and would be shipped immediately upon arrival at the DermStore warehouse. I tried to call this morning (12/24) and was told that the store was closed and to call back after the holidays or try e-mail. I will certainly not order from this store again, if it manages to stay in business and I heartily advise anyone else who might consider ordering not to do so."

"I placed my first order with dermstore to try out their free 2-day shipping, but I ended up receiving a slightly different item from Dermstore. When I received my package and noticed that it differed from description, I called in to customer service to fix the problem multiple times. Instead of helping me out, the CSR finally told me that I had indeed received the correct item and that instead they have to fix their website. Thus, the description was misleading and made the kit I bought to look like it included extra items which it did not, which had led me to order from them instead of elsewhere. I am very disappointed with my first shopping experience with Dermstore. "
