"The price and service was fantastic. Easy to use and IMMEDIATE (a huge thing for us). I will definitely be using this again. The only improvement I see is recording the message. I recorded ours about 8-10 times over my cell phone before I gave up: there would be skips in the message, even though I had strong cell service and wasn't moving. It was tough to get a 'call back' because our calls are routed through a network and it was after hours. The text to speech was my final option, and it worked ok. I did have to add extra commas and spaces to get the speech to pause (more like regularly patterned speech), so in the end, it was fine. "
