IT Downtime Phone Calls

"I love being able to pre-schedule calls for our scheduled IT downtimes. Makes preparation for the events much more manageable. VERY easy to use. Customers like hearing the same voice that answers the calls to our IT Help Desk leaving the messages.
I like being able to create accounts for others in the company that also need to send calls or alerts. The texting feature works very well also. Very simple to use.

"We are mostly satisfied with how Dialmycalls works. Much better than the phone chain we used for years. Some members, though, complain that the message is garbled or hard to hear. Those are an exception to the rule. Get's easier to navigate with each use."
