"Diamondback Tactical's customer service is so bad it is almost surreal. They rarely if ever return phone calls or emails. I dealt with two separate customer service reps and one was worse than the next. I was simply trying to get a product quote and make an order. I eventually got the product I needed but it took more than six months of waiting and chasing. Not worth the trouble at all. Never again."
"Ordered soft body armor and a carrier from a field rep. Been trying to get an order number and a copy of my order. Neither the sales rep or the company responds to calls or emails. Worst service I have ever encountered. I am currently trying to cancel my order but I am having trouble getting anyone to respond from Diamondback. I was warned by co-workers that they are bad but I chose to do it anyways. I regret it now. I would advise sending an email to the company before you order and see how long it takes for them to contact you. So far for me they have never responded to any attempts to contact them."
"Diamondback's website suffers from omissions of detail that could be helpful (and/or supplemental photos), but the product is of good quality and reasonable price none-the-less.
Shipping via FedEx ground was a little pricey, but very fast to leave and arrive."
