Both when the production was completed and when the shipment was put underway, I received an update. Packaging was a simple Tyvek USPS bag, but it did the job. Instructions and the only necessary tool were included and the construction is as good as I could have hoped."

"Finding what I needed at a good price, I hurriedly placed an order. I selected the free (on orders $300+) USPS shipping, which did not provide me with a tracking number (USPS tracking numbers are dubiously useful anyway), but I received the package quickly enough anyhow.

A recording informed me that Denny was out of town at a trade show (erroneously, the recording being out-dated, but I believed it) and read off a phone number with which to reach someone else. Unfortunately, I was too slow to write down or remember the number. So, I called back and managed to get all but the last digit or two. I called back again and completed the number. Before I could call the alternate number, I received a phone call from Denny to see if he could help me out (given that I'd called him back-to-back three times, probably). Despite the incessant calling on my part, he was courteous and helpful and accurately predicted when the part I was awaiting would arrive. I thought that this was a notable touch of customer service that deserved mention."
"Browsing around, I ran into two (recently fast-moving) items which I had been hunting for at G&R. I sent off an email inquiring about the stock status of the items, just in-case. Exactly two minutes later, I received a reply confirming the items as in-stock. So, I placed an order. The items shipped the next day and I received them in a couple days as expected."
"I was pleased when I received an email from Midway notifying me that an item I had been searching for was now in stock. So, I placed an order. The package was shipped later that same day and arrived in record time (via USPS).
Unfortunately, Midway shipped me the incorrect part. The part that I received is one which Midway does not stock or sell at all although it was tagged with the description and part number of what I had ordered. So, there was some sort of inventory mess-up somewhere (the manufacturer? Midway? who knows?).
I contacted Midway asking about the mistake and hoping for a favorable solution. They promptly replied to disavow any technical knowledge of the part and to mention that I could contact the manufacturer and/or make a return.
So, I packaged up the item to make a return and sent it off. A credit was placed to the card with which I ordered after a couple days of Midway receiving the returning package for the entire order amount including shipping to me (of course, not including shipping back to Midway). The package's arrival was noted on my Midway order history page and an email I sent regarding the return was met with a quick reply."
