"I ordered a pendant and chain, paid in full. The pendant seemed larger than a real diamond I was trying to replace. I called them to downsize pendant from 1.2 ct to 1.0 ct and added two pair of earrings to the new order. They took my credit card info and said my card would be charged when the next order ships. Perfect! I thought all was well. I dropped the return item at a ups site on Sunday afternoon 2/4/18. The very next morning, Monday, 2/5/18, my credit card was charged for the replacement pendant. Online, I noticed all 3 of my pending items had gone on sale. Since my items had not shipped, I reached out to customer service, but have been ignored. Yesterday, I was able to get a chat rep and was informed they had received my return but won't ship, because I hadn't paid and they don't keep credit cards on file. If that's true, how did they charge my card last Monday? The chat rep kept acting like she was confused. Customer service has made no attempt to contact me to get this resolved. I now own a $100 chain for that I've paid almost $600. No pendant. No earrings. IF this ever gets resolved, I won't be doing business again with this company. "
