Very slow and no customer help

"There was very little customer help once the ring was order. I emailed them a few times and only got a response once that said ring has been shipped (even tho it wasn’t at the time) the estimated ship date was November 15 and it wasn’t actually shipped till December 12 "

Almost as good as it gets

"The ring is beautiful. The only problems I ran in to were:
1. There was no way that I could find to purchase their warranty during checkout
2. The sizing is a little weird. She's worn 3 different rings on that finger, all of them the same size. One of her new rings fit about right and the other was too tight. We sent it in to get resized now the one that was too tight is fine but the one that was decent is too big. It also took 2 weeks for the resizing to get done. But I will say they have EXCELLENT customer service.

Faulty clasp on ear rings

"After buying an engagement ring, and ear rings for my wife, the clasp on the ear rings didn't hold and she lost one ear ring on the beach, on our wedding day. Needless to say, it wasn't much fun looking for two hours for an ear ring we never found and did put a damper on the day. To that point I had been satisfied with the product. I will not be buying again from the company after this."

A layer of the ring came off...

"Happy with the ring but when it first arrived I noticed a small layer of the setting was bent and flakes off when I touched it. Tried to exchange for a bigger size but was told that I had to pay extra since I bought the ring at a discount during Black Friday!"

Worst purchasing experience ever, created by UPS. Did Customs think I was buying a real diamond for $100.00 ???

"I live in Canada and ordered a fake diamond from Diamond Nexus Labs. They ship by UPS who changed the date the product would arrive several times. On the first scheduled arrival date, I had an email at 5.00 pm saying the arrival date was changed to the following day. I phoned, told their head office I would be in hospital the following day, so could they ship a day later. After multiple date changes, lying by UPS in an email to me "they could not deliver the item to my address". They never tried! I went to a local convenience store to pick up the package as it had to be signed for. In addition, I paid $52.07 extra charges on my Visa, for such items as shipping costs, brokerage fees, $30.00 duty etc. for a package weighing a few grams and worth around $100.00. In future, I will never deal with any company that ships by UPS. The product itself is lovely and I have no complaint with Diamond Nexus. I would like to have matching earrings but haven't the energy to go through all the shipping hassle again. Why cannot Diamond Nexus be like Amazon and ship by the Post Office. This was just before Christmas and could be the reason for the awful service. "
