"Their customer service needs major work. I placed an order from them as a gift and 2 days later, I received a call from their "fraud department" as the shipping address and the billing address were different (Unfortunately, the only option for delivery is to sign for the package, which makes sense as it is an expensive package. However, I highly doubt anyone who works can sit at home all day waiting for a package to arrive to sign for). With that being said, don't even try using your "home billing address" and "work shipping address" because it'll be flagged as fraud.

I used a different credit card, paid for my items, had the package signed for and received my items.

Now comes the horror story. I placed another order for a pair of earrings. I received a call from their "fraud department" again. Long story short, representative pretty much told me they are closing my account, red flagging my address on file and never allowing me to order again. I was taken aback at how rude and unexpected that was! As a customer who has ordered (albeit it was a painstaking and tooth pulling experience) from them previously and had my items paid, delivered, it would make sense for them to try and clarify any misunderstanding/rectify any discrepancies in their system. No regard, no attempt, just a simple (these were the representatives exact words), "Nothing can be done, thank you."

Very insulting! Long story short, if there are any confusions/hiccups in your order, don't expect a resolution. You won't be allowed to order from them again. In the day and age of customer service, Diamond Nexus needs major improvement."
