"The image didn't match the ring that was delivered. It the gold parts lacked the detail work of photo, and the "diamonds" had the fire of glass. Their "customer service" department couldn't even give enough F's to reply to my emails, and phone calls end up on endless hold trying to get a refund. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company, and Diamond Nexus didn't even contact me after THAT!!!
