"I ordered earrings to wear instead of my real diamonds because I'm always afraid that I'm going to lose them. They arrived and they were beautiful. Unfortunately, I felt they were too big for my ears so I contacted customer service via live chat. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I purchased the first pair on sale and they honored the sale for the new pair too. They placed the new order for me and arrived very quickly. They sent a return label and they processed my refund as soon as they received the old pair. The new pair was also beautiful. "
"The drop diamond earrings I chose were not as large as I imagined but that is my fault. I do have diamond earrings that are much more sparkly than these. I can see the difference. But, these were much cheaper. They do the job and I am satisfied. I wear them everyday. I got what I paid for."
"The center stone diamond is already turning cloudy. Not happy, not pleased, feels like I got scammed. "
"Entire transaction went smoothly! Love, love, love the ring! No one can tell it's not a mined diamond! It is absolutely gorgeous and next to my "real" eternity wedding band, you can't tell the difference! It sparkles just as bright as my original engagement ring (which was stolen and cost $10,000) at a fraction of the cost!"
"Timely, customer service was great"
"That's what my daughter said when her diamond earrings came in the mail she definitely loved them she hasn't taken them off yet thanks diamond nexus "
"Great looking earrings. Would never know."
"great customer service experience"
"The brilliance of the Diamond Nexus is unparalleled. I'm so pleased."

"After reading their website for a good bit, it sounded like a man-made diamond. Then I read the customer reviews, and their comments didn't match the man-made diamond concept. I dug further, and in their warnings about who you let mount the stone(s), it clarified that this was a "simulant," not a man-made diamond. I felt like they went to some effort to "disguise" it in their website, only putting the truth out there in an out of the way place.
They then went on to say that if you want the stone "guaranteed" I think was the word, you had to pay THEM to mount it. So that is insured shipping both ways, and paying them for the mounting. A sneaky jack-up the price tactic (IMHO).
Either way, I purchased one, like it, but now I have to ship it (insured) back there, with my ring, for them to mount, then pay to ship it (insured) back to me.
SIGH!
Why do vendors have to play games like that. If they believe in their product, state on the home page what it is, and on the web page with the product costs, include a clear mention of the mounting and 2-way insured shipping "gotcha."

"I am very satisfied with my purchase."
"Actually, I was more excited about the box than the ring itself. Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful ring but it had the wrong stone in it. Plus, it does not have the shine like before and stone will get a bit cloudy if you don't clean it everyday. The band is very tiny and you can barely see the diamonds on the side at all."
"The ring exceeded my expectations!"
"Engagement ring was absolutely stunning. So glad it is conflict free, too."
