"TBH, I actually signed onto a different website in order to take advantage of Golden's major semi-annual sale of acrylic paint. However, the site was so frustrating, slow, and error-prone that I clicked off in disgust and searched for a different vendor. Found Blick, and in a few simple clicks, ended up buying several hundred dollars worth of product. Thank you, web masters. Blick apparently realizes the difference you make to their sales! But it all would've been for naught if the company hadn't followed up the sales with excellent notifications re the speedy delivery of my orders. Lastly, the way in which the tubes of paint and brushes were packaged so that they arrived in perfect condition means that Blick is now my absolute go-to place for all of my artist supplies.

"Shipping was very fast but the box was rather beat up. Glaze containers had not been wrapped in plastic or taped shut to prevent spills. Fortunately nothing leaked, but I would think twice before ordering again as I wouldn't want to risk it."
"Blick had exactly what i needed, at a great price, and they shipped my order quickly after i ordered. It arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and well packaged.
My only gripe is that this was a gift for someone else, and mine broke the day after i ordered, so i need another, but don't want to pay the shipping again; it would have been much cheaper to buy two at the same time. "

Friday, a teacher who ordered drawing paper had her delivery arrive with the ENTIRE box split down the sides because the paper was too heavy for the cheap box it was sent in.
I routinely get dozens of items literally thrown into a box. The items fly around and damage each other. It's unbelievable.
Seriously, there is no way you guys don't know this is an issue. "

"The order was placed for two items to be sent to a USPS PO Box.
The tracking system claimed they were delivered. I received only one of the two items. After two trips to the USPS and the USPS could not find any other item. I called customer service.
The person there was very helpful and very understanding. She got another order underway for the undelivered item. With a specific delivery date.
However that date too has passed. And a commissioned project sits waiting for materials.
