"After downloading my order from Digisoft I had some difficulty installing the software. Office 2010 Student Edition. Upon calling the Digisoft sales rep he offered several alternate scenarios to fix the issue. After none of these worked I was offered a full refund. I asked for a few days to see if it was on my end and they were completely in sgreement. I was finally able to install the software and it works as guaranteed. I would recommend Digisoft to anyone and have done so at this time. Thank you for your outstanding customer service."
