"I ordered 5 Intel Q6600 processors from them. The processors were slightly delayed, but I was told this up front so I was fine with it. When they arrived, 4 of the 5 installed without issue, but the last did not. After some in house trouble shooting, I contacted Digiconcepts about it. They were friendly about the whole thing and had me try a few more troubleshooting steps. After they agreed that the processor was probably faulty, they had me send it back and then shipped a replacement. The replacement worked fine and I completed our upgrades.
