"Purchase took forever. Old computer I bought from them has had 2 faulty motherboards. Now they don't answer their phones, so I am stuck with a dead motherboard."

"I am yet another person who got ripped off. Purchased computer on March 2nd and havent gotten a thing. No one answers phones or emails. They obviously have went out of business, but didnt refund anyones money."

"UPDATE --- UPDATE

Very surprised to receive in the mail today a money order for the amount of my purchase along with a letter that was sent to the Attorney General for Ohio!!! Too late to deposit, but I did call the 800 number on the back of the money order to verify that it was a valid one and the automated system indicated that it was. Geez, that's sad to have to do that, but buyer beware. Hopefully since it is a "purchased" money order it will be the bank backing the money.

Once I cash/deposit the money and it is confirmed good funds without being debited from my bank account, I will confirm receipt with the Ohio Atty Gen, but not until then.

Guess the pressure helped. Unfortunate, because I liked dealing with them in the past. Hopefully everyone else will receive their refund, too.

A little open and honest communication might have prevented this matter getting so far out of hand. I appreciate the return of my money and hope that lessons were learned all around.

Well, misery does love company. I got bit too. I have dealt with this company, off and on, since they started and came to computer shows in the DC area. No problems at that time. Actually made two orders over the telephone from them since they stopped going to the shows a few years back. Wanted to upgrade, so I ordered a barebones system and paid by check. Yeah, I know, stupid. Only defense I have is that I had used them before without problem and wanted to get card paid down. Went through many attempts to contact them, etc. Actually got a response when I replied as an EBay customer. Then when I asked them about my order things went quiet. Lesson learned, the hard way.

Have contacted EBay and Pricewatch where they also have lsitings in order to try and prevent them from scamming someone else. Hopefully it will work, but neither has responded, so. I also called verizon which is hosting their website and implied that the host might be liable if they didn't bring them down! Operator who was not helpful or concerned before said she'd let her supervisor know. They're still up.

What a bummer. There are crooks in the world, beware.

"I ordered my barebones system a few weeks ago. They have already charged my credit card, but are not responding to anything. they don't answer phones, they dont respond to emails. The one time someone answered the phone he was trying to tell me that they were a few months behind. I demanded his manager and he hung up.

I finally reached the manager Simon Milavski at ***-***-****. All he could promise was to research this and to call me back.

If I don't get word within a few days, I will cancel this and use the insurance policy on my credit card, and let the credit card company go after them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, READ WHAT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SAYS ABOUT THEM. (THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO CLAIMS SINCE MARCH 19 PER THE BBB WEBSITE)

"I was aprehensive about ordering from an online sources so I communicated with their VP who admitted to me that due to growing pains they were not the fastest ones around when it came to shipping. However as far as any other aspect of the business goes, i.e. quality and service he was very happy to say that they did an excellent job. I tried them and everything he told me was the truth. In fact there was a question or two they had about my configuration so they communicated to me several times rather than making assumptions. He told me it would take a couple weeks to ship and thats what it took. They notified me upon shipment and the unit arrived in good condition and fired up without a hitch.

As a Vice President of a company myself, I am very particular about who I do business with, and have no reservations about recommending them. Just don't expect your system to arrive overnight (they don't tell you that it will) and you will be happy with your purchase.

Great company! I will be back.
